Follow instructions for the cheek swab as seen on the packaging. (Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes prior to taking sample.)
Insert the sample swab in the tube and stabilizing liquid and seal tight.
Place swab in the return envelope provided.
Please add a ‘from’ address to the envelope.
Place your envelope into any Canada Post mailbox.

Please add a ‘from’ address to the envelope.
At the post office, please indicate that the value of the parcel is $1.00 and that it is a ‘buccal swab’ otherwise further customs fees will be charged.

Paid return postage is included for Canadian customers only. All customers will receive an email from our team when your swab has been received at the dnaPower office! Once we receive your swab, it takes 3-5 weeks to be processed.
